By purchasing from tourism scripts you acknowledge that you have read these terms and have agreed to them.
All script purchased and performed services are non-refundable .
Refunds can only be given under special circumstances, including: accidental wrong order, major problem with product which cannot be fixed within reasonable time, etc.
It is the customers responsibility to make sure the location (server) they plan to install the script on, meets the minimum requirements.

Our scripts require Linux / Unix server with support for PHP4.X / 5.X and MySQL Database access to work properly.

Scripts are sold to you can be used on a single website ( single domain license ) that means you can install one (1) copy of the software on one server and one owner (company).
You must disclose and reveal to Tourism Scripts the domain name on which the software(scripts) will be installed and used. "Use" means running, storing, installing the software(scripts).

You may also install / use the script on one testing / development server which should not be advertised for the public. You have to make sure that the test server meets the minimum requirements as well.
You may remove links to this site that appear on pages generated by scripts you purchased. But you may not remove any copyright notices, addresses, and other information found inside the code of the scripts.
You may modify the script for personal use, but not for resell. You cannot sell / resell our script. You also cannot rent, lease without our prior notification!

If a script downloaded by you is found to be in possession of another individual or website, which did not purchase the script, then you will be found responsible, no matter how the script was retrieved by the other party.

Unlicensed distribution of our script, whether for profit or not, will be considered in violation of international copyright laws.

Tourism Scripts reserves the right to refuse orders.
